I've said this before and now im going to state it onthe forums aswell.
This is our new rule: (I dont have many but this is one of them)
I dont want to see more pug karazhans, zula'man or gruuls. We're short of people as it is to start up raids and we need all the members we can get. I know what you're saying "the dps spots are allready full on saturdays raid, I'll go pug". No, dont! People have a nasty habbit of signing and then not showing. Guild runs always goes ahead of pugs. We were going to setup 2 groups to karazhan and za last night and tonight. But we cant, cause people went puging. And then you whine to me "Why dont you invite me?" "We never raid" "F*ck this, we dont progress". OFC we dont when you go off and lock yourselfs. Those who go pugs gets down prio. on raid invites since you clearly dont care about guild progress(?). We never raid? No shit? We never got enough members cause you keep locking yourself. No progress? Same reason. Pug, pug, pug ,pugs.
I dont want to see anymore puging. If you are planning to go pug. /w me or a officer asking if it's ok and prepare to have a good reason for it.
Now, about signing and not showing.
All 25-man raids we've tried to get of the ground have failed cause people sign and then dont show? What's up with this? In any other guild this would result in -dkp or even gkick if it happens to many times. If you cant make it. Sign OFF and report to me or a officer. If im not online or a officer. /2 a friend in the guild or just anyone. If you sign, you show!
Now, this sort of behavior will from on next week be punishable. I'll note all players who go pug and those who dont show. When I've setup the dkp system(real soon) you'll start with -dkp. Amount is based on how many pugs or how many times you didnt show.
If this happens to many times I'll talk to him/her 1on1 and make clear that if this goes on he/she might get kicked.
I want to make clear that im not trying to be mean or to be dictator. But im doing this for you! If we want to start with ssc/tk you need to understand to take raids more seriously, this isnt a casual guild. We're aiming for BT asap! There for more disipline and attending is needed.
ofc you can go pug when for ex. a guild kara is off and you didnt make it. But not before we got our raid going.
Sharpen up people, this is serious. I want to see everyone who's signed for the upcoming raids to be there. And no puging next week!
Thanks mate. Feel free to comment on your toughts about this.
